Chocolate Mousse:
Ingredients:
> 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
> 5 tablespoons boiling water
> 4 eggs, seperated
Directions:
> Grind chocolate chips in a blender, using short pulses. Add boiling water and blend to melt the chocolate. Add egg yolks, one at a time, blending well after each.
> In a medium bowl, blend egg whites with electric mixture until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture gently. Pour the mousse into wine glasses or other serving glasses, and chill in refrigerator until set.

New York Cheesecake:
Ingredients:
> 15 graham crackers, crushed
> 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
> 1 1/2 cups white sugar
> 3/4 cup milk
> 1 cup sour cream
> 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
> 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
> 2 tablespoons butter, melted
> 4 eggs
Directions:
> Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch springform pan.
> In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press onto bottom of springform pan.
> In a large bowl mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Blend in milk and then mix in the eggs, one at a time, mixing just enough to incorporate. Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and flour, until smooth. Pour filling into prepared crust.
> Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Turn oven off and let cake cool in oven with door closed for 5-6 hours. Chill in refridgerator until serving.

Apple Crisp:
Ingredients:
> 10 cups of all-purpose apples peeled, sliced, cored
> 1 cup white sugar
> 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
> 1 cup all-purpose flour
> 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
> 1/2 cup water
> 1 cup quick cooking oats
> 1 cup packed brown sugar
> 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
> 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
> 1/2 cup butter melted
Directions:
> Preheat oven to 350 F.
> Place the sliced apples in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix the white sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, and ground cinnamon together and sprinkle over apples. Pour water evenly over all.
> Combine the oats, 1 cup flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and melted butter together. Crumble evenly over the apple mixture.
> Bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes.

Sugar Cookies:
Ingredients:
> 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
> 1 teaspoon baking soda
> 1/2 teaspoon salt
> 1 1/4 cup margarine
> 2 cups white sugar
> 2 eggs
> 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
> 1/4 cup white sugar for decoration
Directions:
> Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, and and salt; set aside.
> In a large bowl, cream together the margarine and 2 cups sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then the vanilla. Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until just blended. Roll the dough into walnut size balls and roll the balls in remaining 1/4 cup of sugar. Place cookies 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets and flatten slightly.
> Bake for 8-10 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned at the edges. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

Cinnamon Rolls:
Ingredients:
> 1 cup milk
> 1 egg beaten
> 4 tablespoons melted butter
> 4 tablespoons water
> 1/2 package (3.5 oz) vanilla pudding mix
> 4 cups bread flour
> 1 tablespoon white sugar
> 1/2 teaspoon salt
> 2 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast
> 1/2 cup butter, softened
> 1 cup packed brown sugar
> 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
> 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
> 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
> 1 teaspoon milk
> 1 1/2 cups confectioners' powdered sugar
> 4 tablespoons butter, softened
> 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
> In a bread machine pan, place the milk, beaten egg, melted butter, water, vanilla pudding mix, bread flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in the order reccomended by the manufacturer. Select the dough cycle
> When cycle is finished, remove the dough, and knead for 3 to 5 minutes. Roll out to a large rectangle.
> Mix together the softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and raisins if desired. Starting with the widest end, roll the dough into a log. Pinch to seal seams. Cut into 1/2 inch to 1 inch and place in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Place in a draft-free space and allow to rise until double.
> Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Bake to 15 to 20 minutes. To make the frosting, mix the milk, confectioners' sugar, softened butter and vanilla in a small bowl. Spread over warm cinnamon rolls.
